Benjamin Burkhard elected as IALE Secretary General

Benjamin Burkhard has been elected as IALE Secretary General of the International Association for Landscape Ecology (IALE). IALE promotes landscape ecology as the scientific basis for the analysis, planning and management of landscapes across the world by advancing international co-operation through scientific, scholarly, educational and communication activities. Currently, IALE represents about 1400 members worldwide.
