Successful PhD defense at the Institute

On 20.10.2022, our PhD student Marie Perennes successfully defended her thesis on "Mapping and assessing ecosystem services in an agricultural landscape following a tiered approach".

The thesis deals with the assessment of the ecosystem services "pollination" and "natural pest control" in agricultural landscapes using differently complex modelling approaches. The thesis was written within the PhyGeo EU-BioDiversa research project IMAGINE.
