MOVE Webinar Series Part 4 – Case study Azores

As part of the knowledge exchange of the EU MOVE project, the University of Trento, in collaboration with the Regional Science and Technology Fund of the Azores and PhyGeo, is running a series of webinars on the activities and progress in the different project case study regions.

These webinars offer the opportunity to:

(a) promote the exchange of information on the MAES process in the overseas countries and territories

b) discuss relevant experiences between partners, regional stakeholders and the general public.

Participation is free, but registration is required. The fourth of seven MOVE webinars will focus on the Azores case study with the following topics:

- The process of ecosystem services modeling for Terceira Island using the InVEST tool

- The effects of using different input datasets on the outputs of the modeling and its implications in decision-making

Speakers: Marta Vergillo (Regional Fund for Science and Technology of the Azores FRCT) and Ina Sieber (Institute of Physical Geography and Landscape Ecology at Leibniz University Hannover)
